"I’ve been currently employed by Towne Park for 7 months (June 2022-December 2022 as of now). My first month was amazing. I loved the whole process of getting to know your coworkers, managers, and the customers. I really wish everyday was like my first month. However that is not the case. The company sucks. My coworker is never on time. He makes excuses of why he is late. For example, he said “he forgot his shoes”. I wish I was joking, but I’m not sadly. I feel like I’m being used 24/7 and played. From my coworker saying he’s sick everyday for the past 6 months to not even showing up when he is supposed to work. The funny thing about it too is he got written up twice; but, my managers won’t do a jack thing about it. It’s so disrespectful to me. Regarding tipping, at my location no one tips. Every day I only walk away with $10 in tips compared to one of my friends at a different company making at minimum $100 a day."

"I've worked with Towne Park for a year and as my first day at worked I was alone trying to manage things I did not learn until a later time as I was observing other coworkers when I did have someone to work with. everything i learned was by observing how they do things and i just adjust them to please the customer better. I phased different types of personality in coworkers which I've mange to deal with and communicate with them in a level where we can work together and make the job smoother for us as a whole not have any issues on either side as an employee and for the customer"

"Towne Park is a great company to work for. They always take care of your needs and are very flexible with scheduling. There is also traveling from site to site which is always a good time."

"I would advise people not to work for this company due to managers do not know how to run the business properly. They treat their employees differently and have no respect. They talk behind the clients backs. They actual manager is controlled by the assistant manager. They go thru employees like water and have no respect for them. And obviously their upper line supervisor cannot control the situations. The hospital they outsource to work for is great and they are frustrated that this company does not meant expectations."

"Very little accountability for the onsite manager by the Towne Park upper management. Not very trustworthy.... workers frequently lied to. Only sure positive thing was onsite manager flexible with schedule for family appointments and obligations. Coworkers generally pleasant to work with, though. Minimal raises, if at all. I give this two stars only because of the client we provided services to. Their management is awesome."

"I worked here for a year and found that this company finds many ways to a) make sure that the company is making the most out of its hourly positions while never giving them any sort of compensation and b) has no care about competing with other companies in the area with pay scale or benefits. Decent starting job but terrible for a driven individual like myself."
