"I always believe its good to go in with a upbeat attitude and te feel good about yourself and that will come through to them. Companies are looking for people that will get along with others and know how to accomplish their goals and get along with others in a professional and fun manner."

What don't you like about working at Towne AllPoints?

"I don't like that business is slowing down so more work with less people. Having to go to furlough days and have hours cut. Not a good feeling."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A way of communicating with employees needs to improve. Too much secrecy causes gossip and turmoil amongst employees that can be avoided with management is upfront with them - whether good or bad."
