"Be ready for changes at any time without always knowing why it's happening."

"You'll find the rank and file to be really good people; however, tt's a short term prospect, at best. The atmosphere there is too much gloom and doom (because of the way recent layoffs have been handled."

What don't you like about working at Towne AllPoints?

"Top management very capricious about how job assignments were handled. Even though we're in a tough economy, there was too much fear about what they would do next and that your work performance would have little to do with your long term prospects with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Even though it's a tough economy, give their current employees a better sense of how secure their jobs would be. Reduce the level of fear, because that is hurting the company's productivity."

"Great opportunity to grow and advance in career. I was trusted to design and implement their network environment. This was a fun and welcomed challenge. From what I could see, the people here are pleasant to work with."

What don't you like about working at Towne AllPoints?

"I did not like that I could not stay longer. I know the IT staff and I were all disappointed that I could not stay."

"Maybe I could have worked with management and contract agency to find a way to stay."
