What do you like about working at Towerstream?

"Absolutely nothing. The whole notion of being able to wear flip flops to work is juvenile and attracts a high school mentality."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would not interview with towerstream it is a potentially sinking ship as the likelihood they will close the broadband company in favor of the new product Het Nets is very high. Anyone there should get out while they can."

What don't you like about working at Towerstream?

"Some teams make a boat load of money and others struggle, but as long as the entire whole makes quotas and management gets their money they don't give a damn about the struggling team. Stay clear of the Dallas/Miami/Houston team they don't get the technical support -- the installation person is a flake and botches things up often. The frat house mentality is prevalent, some employees have booze in their desks and go at it during the day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to clean up their act and stop hiring some of the junior leaguers they have been bringing on board. But then again they don't pay a decent base salary, there is no matching the 401k and nobody gets stock options so how does an employee feel vested"
