"Things can be a bit disorganized sometimes, especially working with so many remote team members. I'd like a bit more freedom myself to work remotely, having said that!"

"It's hard to say. I haven't really been here long enough to know for sure."

"I would suggest more opportunities for career development. Instituting telecommuting programs would be an invaluable benefit to the associates."
