"I think TEP is fair with their salary for my position. I hear of things and have been recruited but will not accept another offer I have worked and built a relationship with a company that went from less than 50 employees when I started to now over 700+. My pay has always been fair and I have gained 10+ years in an amazing industry. As a lead, I have seen what is offered to employees and I can say the pay has changed and continues to do so in order to meet today's needs. TEP offers a now yearly bonus and OT as well."
