"Great pay, but you need to watch out for the middle management. Short-sighted middle management is everywhere, but here it is especially so. Though my job was an easy one and had great benefits, I felt like I could not reach upwards even to the executive level with problems we had, and I even did speak with executives about them. The internet was down for about three months, and no one even realized there was a problem for a month! Welcome to touro"
