"I worked for Totall Metal Recycling for 6 years and did my very best. Received a 7% raise in 2012 along with a $1500.00 bonus. After training 2 new employees and basically acting as a fleet manager without the title, and running the fleet in my manager's absence, every year for 6 years, I was terminated with no suspensions, paid time off or warning."
