"Management is very nice, but corporate does not care about employees at all. No room to grow. No motivation to work harder, with no bonuses. A very poor system that often leads to customer frustration. Overall not a very good company to work for. I enjoyed working with people only."
"I worked for total women for the past 9 years. Total women have 14 locations. I strived to make our guests and members feel good inside and out. Total women are created for women by women to live their best life. The total has over 2000 members in each location. I had goals I met every month. I was one of the top sales rep and I love what I did. I also had to prospect by going to events and growing our clientele. I loved meeting new people everyday, following there progress and watching them strive. I was able to multitask by answering calls help guests as they checked in.
