"I worked for this company for 3 months and was let go because of a rumor that was never addressed with me. The director of admin co trolls the culture because of her own inability to lead and manage her department therefore everyone is on edge and has to be quiet with their opinions and ideas. Not a company that cares about employees by doing the right thing. The owners lack of integrity is reflected in his inability to have difficult conversations and his lack of responding."
