Working at Total Event & Association Management in Stuart, FL: 1 Employee Reviews

Total Event & Association Management Employee

"If you are looking to work for the worst company of your life, look no further! If you love to feel like you are always wrong, want to be degraded on a daily basis and see your coworkers go home crying daily, then my friend, you have found the company of your dreams. Prepare to have the absolute worst boss of your life that can't run a company and takes out her frustrations on her employees. In all seriousness, do not work for this company. It may sound like an interesting place to work being that you get to travel to places you may have never been to before, but save your sanity and your dignity by staying as far away from this place as possible. They go through employees like tissues. The owner is the worst human being I have ever had the misfortune of working for in my life. On top of everything else, the building that we worked in had cockroaches and ants. It was horribly dirty and disorganized. The pay was disgustingly low. You are expected to clean on a weekly basis while the owner does not contribute to said cleaning. The programs you are provided to do your job are horribly outdated and there is little to no training on how to use the programs. When you do something that is not "right" but is completely fixable, you are chastised and not shown the correct way to do it."
