"I've worked at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions for 10 months. I would have left sooner if I could have. Management is a mess. There are too many older employees hanging on to collect their full pension from IBM (Toshiba bought IBM's RSS division in 2012). New employees are treated as the bastard step-child in a purely dysfunctional family. I can't wait to find a job where my skills are valued."
