"Lack of Integrity, professionalism, organization and employee relations. They are family owned and very top heavy."

"Hire non family members in key positions. Do not discriminate between employees. TAke some human resources classes to learn you do not conference call your managers two days before Christmas Eve to tell them there salaries and benefit packages are being severly cut."
