"I have worked for Torchmark almost 2 1/2 years. It was my first corporate/call center job. Most of the coworkers were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, management didn't provide proper training/coaching to help employees improve on their customer service skills. You had to learn how to interact with policyholders on your own. There was too excessive micro-managing and favoritism from management. They didn't have your best interest at heart and more focused on call/production."
