"I've been working for Topcon for some time now and I find it challenging and rewarding serving customers however sometimes management and change can be slow. Some people here are awesome but not many of them are in position to be in charge. Some of those in charge are not leaders. They may be managers but leaders don't rely on people to do their work so they can sit back. Leaders are always looking to improve everything and everyone. Note: Everything depends on the department you are a part of."
