"For me it was very convenient, only 8 miles from the house.As a contractor there were no benefits, but I knew that going in.With my 10 years of Pro E experience the work was a simple relatively unchallenging job."

"During this economic downturn they have a great many laid-off."
What don't you like about working at Manitowoc?
"They had almost no Pro E modeled parts in the library."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Teach the engineering people how to use the Pro E generated B/M on the drawings."

"It was my 1st company in the USA,I met good people,I gained 1st experience."

"This company is a job shop. They hired you for a short time, and laid off you when contract is offer. They called me 3 times."

"The location. I left Baldwin to move to the Omaha area."
