"fact of owning my own handyman business for over Five years. Only reason do not want to start up my business again for two reasons is one of my contacts with a property management group ended , also the second reason is dealing with the stress of people not wanting to work ( also guys who lie about what they can do ) so at the moment looking for some full time work. Currently at the moment working for a remodeling company for past two months , everything is going well with contractor I'm working with but there is not a lot of chances to move up in this company . My skill sets are.. skilled in finish carpentry all types of trim , electrical, fencing , drywall and finishing ( level 3 finisher ), basically when it comes to remodeling I'm very multi skilled in almost every trade of remodelling a home (punch out list easy ) , can do replacement tile , demo , light plumbing , flooring , also ran 5 guy crew for my handyman company, before my own business, worked for CMA construction and ran a 8 man crew while we bulit valcaria airport.... only down side because never took to much interest in is layout of tile ... trying to be completely honest because I do not like to lie , my motto is do it correct the first time , only thing my talent isn't great is when it comes to chalking lines for new layout of tile never really got to much training on that part, , but can tile ,also do wood flooring ( six years of finished carpentry .
