"I've worked for Tonal for almost a year, and I had really enjoyed working with the engineering/design teams there. We set deadlines and hit them. I liked how the company would hold all hands to tell the employees how we were doing; however, they did not mention lay offs at all and I was blindsided and I was hurt because I poured myself into my work. Because it was a decision by board members to make cuts, there was nothing my manager could do for me."
