"Young company with a great potential(if they grasp it)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please do not even bother with this company if you want to have a family, or family time. It just will NOT happen, they preach it but how many family member are at home when you are sent home at 11am Wednesday to bank hours for the weekend Do not expect to be able to get overtime WONT HAPPEN.If you run into any trouble of any kind DO NOT expect anyone other than a co-worker(if that) to have your back."

What don't you like about working at Tolt Service Group?

"Company seemed great during interview process, however, once hired my immediate supervisor(s) knew nothing of the equipment or parts used so it was a waste trying to even contact them. Next comes the leaving early almost daily on weeks you have to work the weekend so you pull a 12+ hours weekend. Most parts need to fix equipment for customers were not readily available. Do NOT bother even checking out this company if you are NOT a fan of Micro-Managing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"PLEASE learn our equipment, or at least hire someone competent at writing a schedule and managing our time. Please DO NOT micro manage. Please work on the part situation. Learn to listen to your technicians about times, road conditions, and what they HAVE to get done to make themselves more efficient that are out in the field NOT the people setting behind a desk watching out AT ROADS, or the weather channel, it is so stupid."
