"Working here is like working for a government agency. There are so many sacred cows and the only way to make sure you get ahead is to friend a person that has power. Your achievements are not enough to do it alone. There are no career paths and opportunities because the company is small to medium size and inept people only are rewarded more by their friends and guardian angels. The compensation river has turned into a trickle and now you make less because they pay the fat cats so much more. And I mean FAT cats. The new CEO seems to be turning some things around, but we'll see."
