"I've been with TMK for 5 years and I've never seen a more poorly managed company. Management is incompetent at best and malicious at worst. They never take any suggestion from anyone. In fighting and nastiness are not only tolerated but encouraged."

"money is great . but it is extremely hard work ,so get in there work hard so you can move up quick as possible ."

"wet steel mill dust , it stains everthing . only got one break in a 12 hour period 30 minutes."
