"Horrible management. The owner acts more like an hourly worker than a leader. People push him around. He is disorganized and nobody knows what way the company is going. We don't think this place will expand but remain a place to crank out tubes. Most are looking for a job when the economy gets better."

"The current CEO - Straw Owner has no idea how to run a company. He's out on the production floor on a fork lift picking up parts and loading them on a truck. We have a $50 fork lift operator. He is scared to speak up and discipline so people walk all over him. The place is filthy dirty and never gets cleaned."
