"The company was not stable with production. Sometimes assemblers, QC and test technicians did not have a lot of work due to missing parts that were not shipped yet and received by warehouse. Not a lot of career advancement opportunities for most production positions. Overtime is available, however not when production is slow. Direct hire with the company can take more than 3 months to a year."
