"Very quiet office. Rarely anyone talks. No one is willing to cooperate on projects and if they do you might as well be pulling teeth."

"I hate being told what to do and how to do it. I am given goals that are not working. I am told how to perform the job and that way is not working. I am paid low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would give clearer goals to my employees. Currently there is no direction for my department, and my boss seems to be inventing jobs with no intended goal."
