"I worked at Titus for just over a year, before they positioned themselves for sale to HelpSystems out of Eden Prairie, MN. Covid-19 impacted many companies in various ways, both positively and negatively, alike. I think the sale was strategic by HelpSystems, but a matter of surviving for Titus. Good company, great product albeit difficult to implement, marginal leadership and vision at the top level."
