"Product was extremely good, and in the world of Google Cloud deployments, is the only game in town, for unstructured data, that is. However, the downside is that the solution is extremely complex and laborious to deploy. Additionally, executive leadership at the top (CEO, CTO) have a strangle hold on the company, thus why it hasn't been able to grow over the past 15 years of existence. Titus sold to HelpSystems out of Eden Prairie, MN in June 2020, and perhaps will be the much needed shot in the arm to give the product the brand name recognition that is deserves."

Covid-19 impacted many companies in various ways, both positively and negatively, alike. I think the sale was strategic by HelpSystems, but a matter of surviving for Titus. Good company, great product albeit difficult to implement, marginal leadership and vision at the top level."
