"We the closers at this branch ALWAYS had to work Saturdays... Could not turn a customer down if they wanted to close a loan at 7 that night we HAD to do it the other branches got to leave & go home at 5pm"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Remember your employees are people & yes like our jobs BUT still have families. That helps with attitude & committment to the company if we get to have a LIFE! as others in the company DO."
