Titanium Payments Employee

"Don't waste your time working for the CEO, or his director. They will entice you with a good starting salary but expect you to give your life to the company. If you're anything other than white, don't waste your time. These people are very judgmental and racist. If you do happen to get an interview, they will likely make fun of you after you leave (heard this first hand). Once employed, they expect you to do whatever they say, be flexible to when they want you to work (doesn't matter what you have going on), and may even require that you stay late for OT and not pay you (happened to me). Definitely take heed of this warning as you don't want to risk your finances and livelihood for this employer. Major MAGA fans for sure. Oh yeah, and if you're not part of the Pitts' family (they all work there) then you can expect to see major favoritism with the family and you will be stuck picking up the shifts and work that the family doesn't want. You will get in trouble for being a minute late but their sons can run late due to hangovers and it gets overlooked. Definitely a toxic workplace."
