"The job was a Remote Call Center Supervisor Position that was contracted through the Department of Economic Opportunity helping to process unemployment paperwork for thousands of individuals a week. I found this position during the times of COVID - and dedicated myself and my time to the company to its fullest extent working 50-60 hours a week in a non-salary environment. The supervision was amazing, responsive, and I couldn't have asked for better communication between employee and supervisor as we managed roughly 20-30 people a day (1800 total employees) during the course of a month."
