"Tinuiti has been a breath of fresh air coming from a typical, black-box agency. I rate it with 5 stars because it follows a "people-first" employee model and is extremely transparent both internally and externally in several aspects. I believe this is the core of what has led to its tremendous growth in the last few years. There is no ladder model at Tinuiti, and rather a "stage" where all employees have fluidity in their role to pursue their passion and further their skill sets."
