"The company has an extraordinarily friendly workspace, and you almost never lack for someone to assist you at any level of work. My only gripes are bullpen-style workspaces along with an excessive expectation that some software be learned completely alone and from scratch. Some of the software is simply too obtuse to understand without assistance, especially when sometimes one needs the information *right now* for a customer."
