"Be yourself. If the company doesn't like you in the interview they won't like you on the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If a person exhibits confidence and knowledge, let them do their job. They'll be more effective at it. It's not good to be leaning over their shoulder 24/7, it just makes them uncomfortable and nervous...not to mention it also feels like they're not trusted or appreciated."
