"Seemingly marginal ethics on the part of upper management. I did not like the lack of support or lack of direction. Biggest complaint was being used as tne scape goat for the incompetent General Superintendent loosing money on the sub-division."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reorganize and replace with more qualified individuals that understand the meaning and responsabilities of management roles."
