"Having my dedication questioned despite performing tasks above my job title, and being the only group that got tasks done on time and to specifications. Working 65+ hour weeks with no paid overtime or additional accrued time off for two months straight. Being asked develop a major application to constantly moving targets."

"Treat employees like valued resources, not slaves. It is best to first successfully launch a product before labeling yourself an expert."
