"I enjoyed the analytical portion of my position as well as dealing with all levels of staff."

What don't you like about working at TIB?

"The only portion of my position that I didn't enjoy at IBB(TIB) was seeing the company destruct. We were a family of sorts and to see that be destroyed was difficult."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not have any suggestions for management as IBB was closed by the FDIC."
