What do you like about working at TiAL Sport?

"I like the fact that the products we make are used in a very visible way. TiAL has established itself as the benchmark for quality and reliability in the performance aftermarket turbocharging world. I like being a part of something so grand, and being able to impact performance and aesthetics with my knowledge."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Clashing personalities plague this company. If you successfully land a job with TiAL, do not engage in drama. Maintain a good working relationship with EVERYONE, because at some point or another you will need them to do your job effectively."

What don't you like about working at TiAL Sport?

"The company has very poor leadership. The president of the company is a brilliant inventor, and has great vision about which products to offer. However, communication between company leaders and the people producing the products is non-existant. TiAL has the potential to become an enormous and successful company, but the mentality of the leadership is stuck in a small shop frame of mind."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with people on the shop floor. Tell them when they do something well, and definitely when they do something wrong. Make it clear what you expect of them, and pay them accordingly if those expectations are met."
