"THX has a poor reputation with engineers working in the area both recently and in the past. More than being misdirected and unorganized, the company does not take care of engineers as others do in the bay area. They will tell you that they are going through a cycle of change... but they will also admit, if you ask, that they're always chasing some dream at the expense of others. Unfortunately, I recommend avoiding working for THX."

"Build from firm basis and business practices. it is great to reinvent yourself, and healthy. But sudden shifts leave loyal clients who depended on you in shock."
