"I have worked for Thunderbird since 2009 and while they do offer a generous benefits package and promote from within, the day-to-day working atmosphere is not pleasant. One gets very little feedback from management and the GM is practically absent, the only time he is around is when you are being scolded. You never know what to expect and are asked to do the impossible but are never appreciated for what you do. No one held accountable so you are always overcompensating for laziness of others."
