"I worked for Thunder for the past year and a half helping the company Drive new revenue while increasing renewals among current client partners. The leadership/founding team is very smart, but lack basic business skills while having little understanding of the value in relationship building. These factors will hold the company back from having a breakthrough moment. The product is solid. The engineering team is very skilled. Client services also are at the top of the industry. The company is in need of a better leader ship, and a strong positioning in the market."
