"I was born and raised in Seattle, WA and after graduating from college, in the midst of a pandemic, I decided to move to Southern California with my best friends. Before moving here, I had a job at another recruiting company in Los Angeles but because of the state of the world, the job was no longer available once I would be living here. I decided to look for just about anything I could find so that I could make a living for myself- and that is when I got hired for the company I am currently working for. My experience thus far, being one month into the job, is nothing like what I was told in my interview, and requires much more work than what my paychecks are reflecting. I want to work somewhere in which my hard work is noticed and rewarded for. I am a hard worker and have a student mentality seeing that I am always willing to learn and do better. But that also comes from working for a company in which will help guide and build confident leaders and assure that your hard work does not go un-noticed."
