"There were many changes in management and the current senior management team is not experianced or competent enough to lead the company in the right direction. There is too much turn over in it's sales staff and there is a reason for this."

"Algin the sales territories so that reps are located within a fair geographic area to be more effective at terrritory management. Algin the territories so there is a fair benchmark of quality accounts in each reps territory, my biggest issues."

"The Thomson philosophy of make the sale no matter what drove down client satisfaction and trust. This made it very difficult for me to fulfill my role as a client advocate and concerns fell on deaf ears."

"Really listen to the staff that deal with clients delat rolll outs of products that are not market ready. Be more committed to fixing errors rather than keep on the same track."
