"ThomasArts is a traditional ad agency that is really struggling to make the transition into the Digital age. They tend to over-promise and under-deliver which makes my job as a developer difficult. It's hard to be proud of your work when you give estimates and they get slashed in half and then you have to take too many shortcuts and make too many compromises to hit the deadline. They tend to use digital projects as a loss-leader, which makes for tough projects."
