"This company in my opinion could use some new management structure. The turnover rate in project management is unbelieveale. I saw a lot of unfair treatment to employees and the companies they deal with. I would not recommend anyone to work in the project management department unless things have changed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This needs a total makeover. They als need to find someone that knows how to hire people fit for the job. I saw and dealt with to many people there that didnt have a clue about construction period. The turnover rate was unbelievable also. There is a lot of petty chit chat about other people between mangers and higher ups."
