"I feel the sales role and the compensation has been turned into more of a web designer position. I am a sales professional, that is my skill set as well as what makes me happy and content. I don't like the fact that there are no bennefits."

"I would suggest looking at professionals who have the expertise in selling B2B with much success for a position with the company. In my experience a seasoned professional with an excellent performance history wouldn't take a position that he or she thinks would be out of the skill set for that person and look for someone who is eager to learn and has current relationships with business owners as well as affiliates that can refer business in these trying times."
