"I’ve been working for Jefferson University Hospital since 2001. Due to all the changes of leadership and not enough support for the supporting staff and front line workers . I feel at this time with COVID-19 Pandemic the stress levels and anxiety has becoming overwhelming to me and my team I work with . There has not been a lot of room for advancement for me and this is why I wish to broaden my horizons at this time. Thanks"
