"I've worked for ThinkFun for over 5 years. It can be a great place to learn about the Toy Industry but it is a very high stress, high workload environment. The company does not have in-house IT or Human Resources departments and this can often add to frustration levels. They are regularly understaffed and ask employees to fill the gaps without offering extra compensation. They have extremely high turn-over, over 180% in the last 5 years by my records."
