"With over 30 years in the Engineering Environment, Think Surgical has very terrible management, they will build case against you for not agreeing with them and they will bully you out of retaliation until you quit or get fired. Think management uses an self performance evaluation system to work against you, no matter how good you have done throughout the year. They are fix on finding errors on your yearly performance to give you a low review. You may accomplish 95% of your task with a high grade of accomplishment, and do 5% poor on you over all performance and that is the excuse for no promotion or salary increase. At least 80% employees get only a 1% or 2% increases in pay, Within the 7 years I worked for Think Surgical, In our group alone I saw all our 8 Engineers quit, because management want it done their way, Engineer had to quit so not to lose the Engineering License for not following management orders.."
