"I worked with ThinkitDrinkit for about 2 years. I was stressed every single day at work and very under appreciated. The "COO" would look to severely underpaid employees for the answers of the universe. When those said answers were given, he'd come up with his own answers. The employees' opinions never actually matter. They have been promising growth, pay raises and a store opening since the beginning. These two don't know how to run a company and certainly won't take the advice of those that wanted to help. The office is dirty and cluttered. What little creative freedom they make you believe you have, you don't. You work hours and hours on a project only for everything to be changed (hence why they aren't going anywhere). Avoid at all costs. It is a waste of time. Turn over rate for only being on the ground for a couple years is about 99%."
