2 Think hospitality has so many potential if the owners were to clean out the hotel from all of its current leaders. The director of operations is very unprofessional, sloppy work environment because he and one of the managers, are sleeping with each other which causes a disruptive work environment for all of the workers. Instead of getting the assistance from either of the two they’re usually out on dates or locked up in the rooms sleeping around. Sadly, nobody is bold enough to bring this to HR attention. One of the managers, Anthony is very disrespectful and causes a hostile work environment for everyone. This same Anthony, is also a registered child ***sex*** offender who has access to master keys and rooms of families. No health insurance or 401k offered to workers unless you’re a manager. I would not recommend this hotel until the owners do more work.
