"I worked with Thetus for 2 years. As long as you don't mind listening to the CEO talking about how many customers are coming, and never seeing them, then Thetus is the company for you. The CEO is a crazy, power hungry, insecure, control freak. As long as you can avoid anything to do with her, you are good. As soon as you start working with her, you are SOL. The only company I've worked with where director meetings are nothing but listening to the CEO tell everyone about new customers coming and them giving her a status update. In the IT industry, there are more jobs than people. The CEO here thinks you should feel privileged to work for Thetus and will tell you so. She treats her employees horrible and thinks they are lucky to work for her. In other careers this would be called an Oedipus complex."
